Job Description
The Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery will provide high-quality care to obstetric patients, including triage and inpatient care. The nurse will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient safety and customer service. Responsibilities include performing full assessments, managing C-sections, and caring for both high-risk and low-risk antepartum patients.
Responsibilities

• Provide care for laboring patients, including managing C-sections and high-risk cases.

• Perform full assessments and document in both Meditech and GE systems.

• Work collaboratively with hospitalist or intensivist on-site.

• Participate in unit charge duties without patient responsibilities on designated days.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BSN required.

• ACLS, BLS (AHA), NRP certifications required.

• Strong experience in high-risk obstetrics and ability to handle fast-paced conditions.
