Registered Nurse – Outpatient Dialysis Center

DaVita is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care in a high‑volume outpatient dialysis setting. You will help patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease achieve better outcomes through evidence‑based nursing practices.

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients on hemodialysis, including medication administration, machine setup, and monitoring of vital signs.
• Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team of physicians, PCTs, dietitians, and social workers to create individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families about disease management, fluid restrictions, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate and timely charting of nursing observations, interventions, and patient status in the electronic health record.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives through data collection, goal setting, and performance measurement.
• Float to other clinics during training and after onboarding to support rotating Saturday and 10‑12 hour shifts.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; three‑year diploma may be substituted.
• Flexible schedule with availability for early mornings, evenings, rotating Saturday shifts, and 10‑12 hour shifts.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn dialysis or renal nursing skills.
• Up‑to‑date COVID‑19 vaccination or qualified exemption.

• Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Med‑Surg setting.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).

• Competitive pay: $38‑$52 per hour (compensation may vary based on qualifications).
