Location: City of White Plains
Overview
Yes She Can, Inc. is seeking a Work Skills Coach to support young women (ages 18–28) with autism and related disabilities as they build transferable job and life skills in a real-world retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized, on-the-job coaching and feedback
- Teach retail operations, customer service, and workplace professionalism
- Support social communication, problem-solving, and emotional regulation
- Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and families to meet individualized goals
- 1–2 years of experience in job coaching, education, or program coordination
- Knowledge of neurodiversity and inclusive employment practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
$20–$25/hour
SchedulePart-time, weekday mornings
