SUMMARYAs Senior Project Manager (SPM) the candidate will work under the EVP for Investments & Public‑Private Partnerships to identify new P3 opportunities and manage portfolio projects through acquisition, pre‑development and entitlement phases. The role spans multiple departments and provides wide visibility across the organization.
