Commercial Real Estate Litigation Paralegal

Our client, a respected law firm in White Plains, NY, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys by conducting factual investigations, performing legal research, and preparing legal documents in connection with active litigation matters.

• Prepare and organize pleadings, exhibits, trial materials, and case files
• Conduct legal research and maintain attorney notes and client documents
• Electronically file documents via NYSCEF and ECF
• Draft and prepare legal filings, including subpoenas, notices, RJIs, and related pleadings
• Serve legal documents and coordinate with process servers
• Bates-stamp, redact, and manage document productions
• Maintain litigation calendars and track deadlines
• Prepare correspondence and court courtesy copies
• Organize electronic and hard-copy filing systems
• Provide administrative and clerical support, including scanning, proofreading, and document preparation
• Travel to court for filings as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• 5+ years of litigation or legal support experience
• Associate degree in Legal Studies or Paralegal Certification required
• Strong organizational, writing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter who works well independently and within a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
