A well-established boutique law firm specializing in divorce and family law is seeking a Senior Managing Attorney to lead high-profile cases, mentor attorneys and staff, and support strategic growth initiatives. This is a high-impact role within a collaborative and respected team.
LocationLocation: White Plains, NY (On-site)
CompensationSalary: Up to $215,000 base + performance bonus + full benefits
What You’ll Do✅ Lead complex, high-conflict, and high-net-worth divorce and family law matters from intake to resolution
✅ Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff
✅ Conduct client consultations and support business development initiatives
✅ Ensure efficient workflows and maintain high standards of legal practice
✅ Contribute to firm systems, policies, and best practices for growth and client service excellence
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of experience in divorce and family law
- Proven ability to supervise or manage a legal team
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to guide clients through sensitive legal matters
- Comfortable with legal tech, case management platforms, and digital workflows
