Senior Associate Attorney - Matrimonial and Family Law

White Plains, NY (10606) — In-Office
Salary: $ - $ base (DOE) + performance bonuses + competitive benefits

What You’ll Do- Lead complex divorce and family law matters from client intake through strategy, discovery, negotiation, trial, and settlement
- Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
- Oversee case staffing, workflow efficiency, and quality control
- Engage prospective high-end clients in intake meetings and serve as a firm strategic representative
- Develop firm-wide best practices, support business development, and refine operational systems
- Minimum 5+ years of substantive divorce / family law experience, with exposure to high-asset and complex cases
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience managing legal teams or associates
- Excellent communication, trial preparation, and client counseling skills
- Tech-forward mindset; familiarity with practice-management systems, digital workflows, and efficient project delivery
- Passion for delivering empathetic, strategic advocacy in emotionally sensitive cases
