Summary

The role of the highly experienced Technical Consultant, Charles River Everywhere (CRE) is to lead workflow design and platform configuration within an advisor-driven wealth management environment. This role is responsible for end-to-end CRE user journey design, functional configuration, IBOR batch support, and API-driven integrations that enable front-, middle-, and back-office processes. The ideal candidate combines deep wealth management expertise with hands‑on CRE configuration experience and a strong understanding of IBOR and system integrations.

This individual will serve as a key liaison between business and technology stakeholders, driving alignment, execution, and production delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Lead CRE Workflow Design:
    Oversee end-to-end user journey design for advisor-driven wealth management workflows, collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Configure CRE Functional Components:
    Configure CRE user workflows, navigation structures, role-based entitlements, layouts, and views; coordinate with Charles River teams to deploy updates into Production environments.
  • Manage IBOR Batch Processing:
    Configure and validate batch jobs required to support Charles River IBOR processes, ensuring accurate and timely data integrity.
  • Enable API-Driven Integrations:
    Configure and validate APIs supporting new accounts, updates, client restrictions, servicing requests (contributions, withdrawals, tax selling), portfolio transitions, and other CRE-enabled processes.
  • Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement:
    Lead team meetings and working sessions with business teams, ensuring clear communication, requirement alignment, and timely issue resolution.
Qualifications
  • Wealth Management Expertise:
    Strong understanding of advisor-driven wealth management processes, workflows, and user journeys.
  • 6 yrs Charles River Configuration

    Skills:

    Hands-on experience configuring Charles River Everywhere, including workflows, entitlements, views, layouts, and navigation.
  • Integration & API Knowledge:
    Demonstrated ability to configure, validate, and troubleshoot API-driven interfaces supporting front-, middle-, and back-office needs.
  • IBOR Functional Understanding:
    Experience supporting or configuring Charles River IBOR batch jobs and related operational processes.
  • Stakeholder Leadership:
    Proven ability to lead cross-functional meetings, gather requirements, influence decisions, and manage expectations with business and technical partners.
Location

This role is responsible to go onsite to a local office for the first week of orientation and then following, Remote in the US. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa currently. The compensation range for this position represents our good faith estimate of the range we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, education, work location, and internal equity.

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commissions, or other incentive programs, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, etc. Estimated Compensation Range: $125,874—$152,848 USD.
