Power BI & Data Integration Sr. Specialist

A global chemical distribution business is seeking a highly hands-on Digital Operations Specialist to accelerate digital transformation within its commercial operations.

This role sits within a newly established DX team and serves as the execution layer between strategic architecture and real-world implementation. The ideal candidate is a strong Power BI data modeler who can translate business requirements into scalable, practical solutions across CRM, BI, AI, and system integrations. Digital transformation is a core component of the company’s long-term growth strategy.

• Design, build, and maintain advanced Power BI data models and dashboards to support profitability analysis, sales performance tracking, and executive decision-making
• Ensure data integrity across CRM and Order-to-Cash (O2C) systems by managing data structures, workflows, and reporting logic
• Translate high-level business requirements into executable system configurations and practical solutions
• Develop and deploy Gen AI and low-code automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate) to streamline back-office and commercial processes
• Oversee API and EDI integrations between E-Commerce platforms and O2C systems; troubleshoot and resolve data flow issues
• Act as a change agent to drive digital adoption and upskill business users across Sales and Finance

• Advanced expertise in Power BI, including data modeling and multi-source integration (experience with Snowflake strongly preferred)
• Hands-on experience with API/EDI integrations and business system connectivity
• Experience building automation solutions using Gen AI or low-code platforms (e.g., Copilot Studio, Power Automate)
• CRM administration or configuration experience preferred
• Ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders with a practical, execution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable operating independently in a lean, cross-functional environment
