You think big, act fast, experiment constantly, and own end-to-end outcomes. You are continuously improving performance through AI, marketing automation, and experimentation.
Role’s Responsibilities Growth Strategy & Performance- Own marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue performance
- Build and optimize B2B and B2B2C growth engines across digital, outbound, lifecycle, and partner channels
- Improve conversion rates, CAC efficiency, funnel velocity, and LTV
- Serve as OnMed’s Hub Spot owner and subject-matter expert
- Build workflows, attribution models, scoring systems, lifecycle automation, and dashboards
- Coordinate and collaborate on content creation and campaign execution with the extended marketing team including forms, landing pages, email, social media and blog
- Maintain a clean, scalable Rev Ops infrastructure used by marketing, sales, and partnerships
- Lead strategy for AI adoption across marketing and Rev Ops
- Use AI for forecasting, funnel diagnostics, content optimization, testing, and personalization
- Implement repeatable, scalable AI-driven processes that accelerate growth
- Provide proactive recommendations for tools and optimizations
- Design high-impact lead gen campaigns with internal teams (content, paid media, partnerships, events)
- Build and manage quarterly paid media plans
- Drive predictable, revenue-generating pipeline
- Own website performance and conversion optimization
- Lead SEO/GEO strategy with external partners
- Continuously improve site content and experience using CRM + analytics insights
- Partner closely with Sales on lead flow, SLAs, velocity, and pipeline quality
- Develop enablement assets and playbooks (via Seismic)
- Support field marketing, ambassador programs, client marketing needs, and swag
- Build real-time growth dashboards and AI-enhanced insights
- Run A/B tests across messaging, channels, and funnel stages
- Translate performance data into action and revenue impact
- Strong ability to lead projects independently, make proactive recommendations, and solve problems
- Expertise applying AI to growth analytics, forecasting, experimentation, personalization, and workflow automation
- Ability to design and scale automated growth systems that support testing, performance measurement, and continuous optimization
- Deep hands-on mastery of Hub Spot, including automation, attribution modeling, workflows, lifecycle management, and reporting
- Proven success developing data-driven growth strategies that increase lead generation, pipeline creation, and revenue
- Advanced experience optimizing full-funnel, multi-channel customer journeys (landing pages, nurture flows, Google Ads, paid social, retargeting)
