System Network Administrator

We are seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure & Systems Engineer to own and manage the IT environment for the next big manufacturing company in automation. This is a critical role responsible for production uptime, network stability, and enterprise security.

• Manage network infrastructure, domain servers, and production systems
• Implement backup architecture, disaster recovery, and encrypted systems
• Manage firewalls, VPN (including site-to-site), and endpoint security
• Oversee AWS/cloud storage (S3, offsite backups)
• Maintain TLS/SSL certificates and secure HTTPS environments
• Provide internal IT support and oversee access governance

• 5+ years managing IT infrastructure in a startup or small enterprise
• Strong expertise in Active Directory, RAID storage, encryption, and backup systems
• Experience with AWS and cloud storage architecture
• Experience with IT and Networking
• Experience working on a small IT/Networking team or being the only one
• Hands-on troubleshooting across Windows and Linux environments
• Proven ability to manage full IT operations independently
