IT Project Manager, IT Consultant, Systems Analyst
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with a strong healthcare background to lead complex, fast‑paced initiatives across clinical and operational environments. This role will manage multiple concurrent projects, practice relocations, and application integrations while partnering closely with internal teams and external vendors. This is an onsite position based in Westchester County, NY. Starting at $70/hr.
Senior IT Project Manager’s Responsibilities And Duties- Lead and manage end‑to‑end IT projects within a healthcare environment, including hospital construction, practice moves, and system integrations
- Plan, execute, and track multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
- Apply Agile, Sprint‑based, and traditional project management methodologies as appropriate
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and delivery
- Utilize Excel for reporting, tracking metrics, and project documentation
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager within a healthcare environment
- Hands‑on experience managing projects related to hospital builds, practice relocations, or large‑scale healthcare initiatives
- Strong knowledge of project management frameworks including Agile, Scrum, Sprints, and Waterfall
- PMP certification strongly preferred
- Exposure to Epic or other EMR systems highly desired
- Excellent vendor management and stakeholder communication skills
