Senior Staff Dev Ops & Cloud Engineer
Are you a hands‑on Dev Ops and Cloud expert ready to lead transformation at scale? We’re looking for a Senior Staff Dev Ops & Cloud Engineer to drive innovation, speed, and reliability across our software delivery pipelines.
What You’ll Do- Lead the design and evolution of our Dev Ops and cloud architecture (Azure).
- Guide and mentor a team of 3–4 engineers.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for both on‑prem and cloud environments.
- Drive containerization, serverless architecture, and cloud migration strategies.
- Ensure compliance with security and software standards.
- Collaborate across teams to improve delivery velocity and reduce costs.
- 15+ years in Dev Ops/Cloud Engineering, including technical leadership.
- Jenkins or equivalent on‑prem Dev Ops tools – 8+ years of experience.
- 7+ years leading teams using Agile/Scrum (JIRA experience preferred).
- Deep expertise in CI/CD, containerization, cloud platforms, and automation.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Master’s in Computer Science (or equivalent experience/certifications).
- High‑impact role with enterprise‑wide influence.

Note: This is an onsite role with quarterly travel to key office locations. On‑call support may be required.
