Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxurious spa environment? We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented Part-Time Spa Attendants to join our team! This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and serene atmosphere of our spa, while providing outstanding service to our guests. We are committed to providing you with:

Here is what you will be doing each day:

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Interaction & Tours:
  Greet guests warmly, provide tours of the spa facility, and answer any questions to ensure a memorable spa experience.
• Supply Replenishment:
  Restock all spa amenities, including towels, robes, slippers, and locker room essentials such as shampoos, conditioners, shower gels, moisturizers, hairbrushes, and other complimentary items.
• Laundry Services:
  Manage the laundering of used towels, robes, and linens on-site, including washing, drying, folding, and restocking supplies for the spa team.
• Light Housekeeping:
  Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the spa.
• Communication:
  Coordinate effectively with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Initiative & Time Management:
  Work independently, take initiative to complete tasks, and manage time effectively to keep the spa running efficiently.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Be comfortable lifting heavy loads and standing for long periods during shifts.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a similar role is preferred.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional guest service.
