What You’ll Do:

Leads, mentors, and manages respiratory care staff, including hiring recommendations, performance evaluations, scheduling, coaching, and promoting professional development.
Develops, reviews, and updates clinical protocols, policies, procedures, competencies, and care standards to ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
Oversees compliance with all state, federal, regulatory, and accrediting requirements; participates in inspections and ensures department readiness.
Serves as a clinical resource to staff and interdisciplinary teams, supporting education, orientation, and ongoing competency development.
Monitors clinical outcomes, identifies opportunities for improvement, and collaborates with leadership to implement effective, efficient respiratory care practices.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Licensed Respiratory Therapist in the state of New York
✔ Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program (RRT preferred)
✔ Master’s Degree strongly preferred.
✔ Minimum 5 years recent acute care respiratory therapy experience.
