* ** Pay Rate:** $19.65 - $21.00 per hour

** Responsibilities/Duties:
*** Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
* Support activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in the care plan
* Provide medication reminders
* Assist with ambulation and mobility (inside and outside the home)
* Accompany clients to appointments or on walks
* Prepare meals
* Perform light housekeeping
* Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
** Qualifications
* ** NY State
** HHA or PCA certification required
*** Passion for caring for adult, elderly, or pediatric clients
* Strong communication skills
* English proficiency
* Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
