Clinical Liaison

Our client is a mission-driven, rapidly growing behavioral health organization dedicated to expanding access to high-quality mental health services. They are seeking a relationship-oriented, motivated, and community-focused Clinical Liaison to help grow referral partnerships across Westchester and Rockland County.

In this role, you’ll serve as a key connector with local healthcare providers, hospitals, schools, and community organizations—educating partners on services, building long-term referral relationships, and driving patient access to care. This is a consultative, field-based sales role.

Highlights:

• Field-based Clinical Liaison role (Westchester & Rockland County, NY)
• Base + performance-based commissions (100k+ Y1)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of B2B sales, partnerships, or healthcare-facing experience
• Existing relationships with PCPs, psychiatrists, or hospitals in territory
• Must live in Westchester or Rockland County (no NYC/Bronx)
• Comfortable working in the field 60%+ of the time
• Strong relationship builder with a hunter mindset!
• Mental health or healthcare sales experience is a plus
