CFO ( Temp @ Tech Services Firm

A client of ours is a PE Backed - Tech & Business Services Firm that is looking to bring on a CFO (Temporary role about 3-9 months) that will be all hands-on with Financial Reporting, working with Banks, Lenders, and work with PE Ownership.

Responsibilities:

• Re-shape Financial Reporting responsible for full financial operations including managing day-to-day accounting activities, Forecasting, for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting
• Preparation of Financial Reports including journal entries, and micro P&Ls
• Provide technical financial advice and knowledge to others within the financial discipline.
• Consolidations, Internal Reporting, and Intercompany activity: ensure that all intercompany activity and positions are documented and accurately tracked and eliminated for internal financial reporting purposes.
• Review all accounting processes to ensure controls are in place to prevent, detect and correct errors or potential fraud.
• Work with outside banking relationships, lenders, and outside auditors inquiries ensuring accurate reports and coordination
• Build and distribute weekly Sales/Revenue model forecasts.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Economics is a must - strong academic GPA
• 15+ years of Experienced with starting in BIG4/National CPA Public Accounting Firm then Industry Companies within Real Estate, Manufacturing, Technology, or Communications
• CPA preferred
• Strong hands-on professional with Full Financial Reporting including Accounting including GL, P&L, balance sheet
• Experience with PE-backed Companies and Executive Reporting
