We’re looking for a motivated Environmental Engineer to join our growing team of sharp, collaborative professionals. In this role, you’ll take ownership of meaningful projects right away—from air permitting and emissions modeling to environmental justice initiatives. You’ll work closely with clients, gain hands‑on field experience, and help shape regulatory compliance strategies that truly make a difference.

What You’ll Do- Preparing air permit applications and compliance reports that help facilities operate safely and sustainably.
- Utilizing the US EPA’s electronic Greenhouse Gas Reporting Tool to support critical environmental reporting.
- Evaluating facility emissions across Area Source, State Facility, and Title V classifications.
- Developing Annual Emission Statements and conducting advanced air dispersion modeling (AERMOD and other EPA‑approved tools).
- Managing environmental regulatory audits and emissions testing.
- Preparing NOx monitoring and compliance plans and recommending improvements to keep facilities aligned with federal and state standards.
- Certifying CEMS installations and designing alternative systems like PEMS.
- Supporting Environmental Justice and Climate Leadership compliance efforts.
- Overseeing stormwater discharge monitoring, hazardous waste management, and subcontractor coordination.
- Contributing to research initiatives and assisting with RFQs and RFPs.

What You Bring- 3+ years of experience in environmental engineering, permitting, monitoring, or compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Solid understanding of air regulations, pollution control strategies, and air quality modeling.
- Hands‑on experience with Air Permitting and Title V programs.
- Valid US driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
- Air emissions testing and calculation experience.
- Project or staff leadership experience.
- PE licensure (or active progress toward it).
- EIT certification.
- Predictable schedule: 8–5 with a full hour lunch and minimal overtime.

Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.25 - $40.86/hr.
