Bilingual Call Center Representative

Position Overview

Immediate bilingual Spanish call center representative needed. Start next week. Opportunity to work with one of the largest insurance/retirement benefit organizations in the area. White Plains, NY (in office, not remote).

Monday - Friday 11AM-8PM shift (must be open to working occasional Saturday). $21/hr contract to hire. Pay range $18 - $20/hr.

• 1 year of call center customer service experience
• Bilingual Spanish/Englishlin
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Type 35 WPM

• Field calls from clients & customers regarding pension plans, healthcare plans, financial information
• Receive upward of 100-150 calls per day
• Enter customer info & conversation info into database while fielding inbound call
• Field calls with the utmost level of customer service
• Pension plans, Disability, high volume calls
• Answer and direct incoming calls in a high volume of call switchboard environment
• Ability to answer with a defined script & enthusiastic manner and time
• Multi-tasking and clerical support as assigned by department
