The Spirit Of The PositionWe are hiring Valet Attendants to provide excellent customer service while parking customers’ cars in a professional and responsible manner.
What Will I Do?- Park and retrieve cars efficiently and on time. Greet all customers by name and develop rapport.
- Direct traffic to keep the flow of cars organized, all with a smile.
- Work independently or with minimal supervision.
- Promote outstanding customer relations. Smile, go above and beyond, make customers love LAZ Parking.
- Dynamic and charismatic. Full of energy and happy to help.
- Dependable. Responsible is your middle name. You never disappoint.
- Good driver with a clean record. Standard transmission vehicle required.
- Good under pressure. Calm in chaos.
- Strong communicator. Reads, speaks, and comprehends English easily.
- Team player. Open to different opinions and helps motivate team.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Parking industry experience preferred but not required.
- Work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
- Lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
- Stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
- Bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
