Service Greeter - Automotive Knowledge a Plus!
Join Ray Catena BMW and MINI of Westchester as a Service Greeter. This role is ideal for energetic, customer-focused individuals with a passion for automotive knowledge.
Location and PayRay Catena BMW and MINI of Westchester, White Plains, NY
Base pay range: $40,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do:- Welcome customers with a friendly smile and gather essential information during their visit.
- Act as the go‑to person for answering questions and providing initial assistance.
- Coordinate front‑desk operations, distribute loaner cars, and provide shuttles as needed.
- Serve as the first and last impression of our dealership—your role matters!
- A positive, customer‑focused personality with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and handle emergencies smoothly.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and Saturdays. Overtime may be available.
- Strong organizational skills to help keep things running smoothly during busy hours.
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented.
- Capable of standing, walking, and working outdoors for extended periods.
- Able to maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Bilingual? A plus!
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
