Overview
Michels Construction, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent, Foundations in White Plains, NY. Michels Construction, Inc. designs and constructs foundations and industrial facilities that support modern construction. Our work is essential to the end product and can be highly rewarding. This role supports field operations by coordinating schedules and resources, communicating scope to Foremen, and ensuring safety processes like JSAs and inspections are completed.
This position helps develop Foremen and trade staff while contributing to efficient, safe, and consistent project execution.
- Attend client meetings
- Manage materials and tooling needs
- Verify daily QA/QC and as-built documentation
- Review time and field reports
- Work closely with the Project Manager
- Support field operations by coordinating schedules and resources and communicating scope to Foremen
- Contribute to the development of Foremen and trade staff
- 5+ years of related experience and/or training in construction industry
- Experience with structural concrete construction and subcontract management
- Knowledge of forming systems, mix designs and admixtures desired
- Valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles to be driven and acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
- Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite projects

Actual pay will be adjusted based on individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
