ESTIMATOR (COMMERCIAL DRYWALL)
Actively looking to hire an experienced and motivated candidate for a Commercial Drywall Estimator position. Considered candidates must have the ability to prepare estimates and work closely with our team to direct and ensure proper delivery of multiple commercial projects.
Job DetailsActively looking to hire an experienced and motivated candidate for a Commercial Drywall Estimator position. Considered candidates must have the ability to prepare estimates and work closely with our team to direct and ensure proper delivery of multiple commercial projects.
Education / Preferred Skills- Minimum of five years as a Drywall Estimator
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Proficient with reading blueprints and project specifications
- Working knowledge of the following trade softwares:
On-Screen-takeoff, Quickbid - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (Verbal & Written)
- Ability to prioritize work, maintain a positive attitude, and maintain composure in stressful situations
- High Level of Organization
- Self-Starter with High Level of Motivation
- Multi-Tasker
- Develop and Maintain Client Relationships
- Attend Pre-bid Meetings
- Prepare Quantity Take-Offs
- Perform estimate for the project and write proposals
- Prepare complete scope of work and submit proposal/bids physically if necessary
- Follow up on Bids
- Prepare Submittals
- Write Change Orders
Salary: $100-200K
