AECOM Tishman has an exciting opportunity for a highly qualified MEP Sr. Construction Project Manager with healthcare/ambulatory services/life sciences experience for our exciting construction project in West Chester County (White Plains), NY.

• Directs and manages the entire project, guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
• Accountable for all facets of the project constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
• Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout.
• Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.

• BA/BS Mechanical, Electrical Engineering/Construction Management or similar curriculum and 10 years of construction project management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Requirements:

• 10 +years of experience as a construction Project Manager from a large general contractor.
• Experience working on construction projects in excess of 30MM.
• Extensive knowledge of construction in the field of healthcare, hospital, ambulatory care or life sciences.
• Experience as a Project Manager performing construction activities in an occupied building.
• OSHA 30.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization now or in the future.
• Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
