- Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
- Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
- Has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.
Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS Engineering or related curriculum and 6 years of progressive Construction Project Management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Healthcare, ambulatory care, life sciences construction experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience as a construction Project Manager from a large general contractor.
- Strong MEP skills.
- Experience working on construction projects in excess of 30MM.
- Extensive knowledge of construction in the field of healthcare, hospital, ambulatory care or life sciences.
- Experience as a Project Manager performing construction activities in an occupied building.
- OSHA 30.
- Project Management documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization now or in the future.
