• Serve as a consultative resource for retirement plan compliance matters, collaborating with legal and compliance teams
• Provide technical expertise regarding plan design and compliance for private equity and M&A transactions
• Develop and deliver webinars on retirement plan compliance topics for internal and external stakeholders
• Create training materials for professional development in qualified plan administration and compliance
• Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes to facilitate discussions with colleagues

• 15+ years of experience in defined contribution consulting, including plan design and compliance testing
• Subject matter expertise in various retirement plans, including 401(k), 403(b), and nonqualified plans
• In-depth knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations
• Proven ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively
• Bachelor's Degree

• ASPPA designations such as CPC, QPA, QKC, and/or ERPA strongly preferred
• Experience reviewing plan documents and employee benefit materials
