How You’ll Make an Impact- Account executive accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to high new‑worth clients through day‑to‑day account management of an assigned group of accounts.
- Contribute to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, and enhancing value to clients and prospects.
- Successfully and profitably manage an assigned group of accounts.
- Lead the renewal process in partnership with the Production team, ensuring the best possible solutions are delivered to clients in a high‑quality & timely manner.
- Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are met, and own all audit, review and claims processes for assigned book of business.
- Analyze data to draft client service plans, stewardship reports, and other meaningful reports tailored to the needs of the client.
- Forecast industry trends to predict needed changes in client strategies and review changes in carrier offerings and policies to inform the team and clients.
- Collaborate with account team on the agency’s renewal strategy and create complex risk‑management strategies for accounts.
- Partner with industry and carrier experts to deliver strategy and solution options to clients and the broader agency.
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience – OR – High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
- Producer’s License.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Appropriate licensing as required.
- Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
- Solid financial acumen.
- Comprehensive knowledge of available personal lines coverages and industry trends.
- Highly developed problem‑solving and solution‑design skills; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership through client support and mentorship of junior employees.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software, including spreadsheet and presentation software.
- Skilled in agency management software with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Proficient in using technology to maximize productivity and quality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortably engages others in consultative discussion.
- Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
- Works in a self‑directed manner.
