Job OverviewASAP is hiring on behalf of our client in White Plains, NY for a Supplier Onboarding Analyst to support the procurement organization’s Supplier Relationship Management function. This role will be responsible for onboarding new suppliers and assisting existing suppliers with maintaining and updating profiles within an e‑procurement platform. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and comfortable coordinating with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new suppliers within an e‑procurement platform.
- Collect, review, and validate supplier documentation to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for suppliers during onboarding and profile updates.
- Provide guidance and training to suppliers on proper use of the e‑procurement system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve onboarding issues in collaboration with internal and technical teams.
- Ensure suppliers understand and adhere to platform standards and requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate supplier capability presentations with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and track onboarding progress and issues.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related role.
- Prior experience working with e‑procurement platforms strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of SAP and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access).
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem‑solving and judgment skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
This is a 12-month contract position based in White Plains, NY. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, stakeholder‑driven environment and interacting directly with external suppliers.
