Onboarding Analyst

Onboarding Analyst.

Location:

White Plains, NY.

• Onboarding Analyst will support the Procurement's Supplier Relationship Management division.
• The Onboarding Analyst will support the onboarding of new suppliers and assist existing suppliers to update profiles on an e-procurement platform.
• The individual will coordinate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

• Manage the end-to-end process of onboarding suppliers onto the e-procurement platform.
• Collect and verify necessary documentation and information from suppliers.
• Ensure suppliers understand and comply with platform requirements and standards.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by suppliers or internal teams.
• Provide training and support suppliers on how to use the e-procurement platform effectively.
• Coordinate and facilitate supplier capability presentations with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Specific knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access) and SAP.
• Ability to successfully prioritize work on multiple tasks.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to use sound judgment.
• Ability to establish effective relationships with team members.
• Exceptional customer service and strong interpersonal skills are required.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree is required. Minimum of 2 plus years of procurement, supply chain, or a relevant role, preferably with experiences in e-procurement platforms.
