Position: ERP Training Coordinator
Location: White Plains, NY
Pay Rate: $30.00-$33.00/Hour
Project Overview- Highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
- This role is pivotal in ensuring that all employees receive the appropriate training on schedule.
- The Training Coordinator will manage both live and virtual training programs, working closely with trainers, the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, and handling facilities logistics.
- This role requires cross-referencing multiple spreadsheets and databases to verify training requirements and schedules, making timely adjustments as needed, and maintaining accurate training records.
- Coordinate and schedule live and virtual training sessions for employees, ensuring all required training is completed in a timely manner.
- Input and retrieve training data. Cross-reference multiple spreadsheets and databases to verify and track training programs, schedules, and end-users.
- Promote and fill scheduled training classes, monitor registration, and ensure attendance.
- Maintain and update employees' profiles, verify and keep track of training completion or certificates for distribution, and generate follow-up documents as needed. Ensure training documentation and records are complete and accurate.
- Manage facilities logistics including booking training rooms, setting up training venues, and ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are available.
- Meet and assist instructors as needed, collect documents at the close of the program, and provide one-on-one support to employees and supervisors.
- Monitor and report on training completion rates and compliance with training requirements.
- Support communication and roll out of updates and/or changes to training programs and/or documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player with good follow-up skills and flexibility.
- Proven experience in a training coordination or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with a Learning Management System (LMS) is not required, but helpful.
