Project Overview
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
  • This role is pivotal in ensuring that all employees receive the appropriate training on schedule.
  • The Training Coordinator will manage both live and virtual training programs, working closely with trainers, the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team, and handling facilities logistics.
  • This role requires cross-referencing multiple spreadsheets and databases to verify training requirements and schedules, making timely adjustments as needed, and maintaining accurate training records.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule live and virtual training sessions for employees, ensuring all required training is completed in a timely manner.
  • Input and retrieve training data. Cross-reference multiple spreadsheets and databases to verify and track training programs, schedules, and end-users.
  • Promote and fill scheduled training classes, monitor registration, and ensure attendance.
  • Maintain and update employees' profiles, verify and keep track of training completion or certificates for distribution, and generate follow-up documents as needed. Ensure training documentation and records are complete and accurate.
  • Manage facilities logistics including booking training rooms, setting up training venues, and ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are available.
  • Meet and assist instructors as needed, collect documents at the close of the program, and provide one-on-one support to employees and supervisors.
  • Monitor and report on training completion rates and compliance with training requirements.
  • Support communication and roll out of updates and/or changes to training programs and/or documentation.
Required Qualifications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team player with good follow-up skills and flexibility.
  • Proven experience in a training coordination or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with a Learning Management System (LMS) is not required, but helpful.
