Our client is a boutique advisory firm with offices in Westchester, Long Island and Connecticut specializing in wealth management, financial advisory and tax/accounting services.

NEWLY-CREATED TAX ACCOUNTANT ROLE --> WILL SIT IN WHITE PLAINS OFFICE

• Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, businesses, and trusts.
• Identify and implement basic tax planning strategies to help clients minimize liabilities.
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary tax information and address routine tax‐related inquiries.
• Research tax issues and stay informed on basic changes to tax legislation and regulations.
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns and adherence to quality standards.
• Assist clients with responding to tax notices and basic audit inquiries.
• Provide excellent client service through clear communication and responsiveness.

• 1+ year of experience in tax planning, preparation, and advisory services within public accounting or financial advisory firms.
• Advanced proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Intuit Quick Books, Microsoft Excel, tax preparation platforms).
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
