• Leadership skills to oversee customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ability to maintain restaurant condition and comply with policies and health standards.
• Experience ensuring food quality and freshness.
• Ability to interpret P&L and store reports to implement improvements.
• Proficiency in computer skills, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of restaurant management experience.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
