- Lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions and attitude (e.g., X‑Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists) to ensure excellent patient care.

- Discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies and current medications to formulate accurate diagnoses.
- Actively engage with clinical leadership and elevate to management when appropriate to ensure strong patient care and resolve concerns.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts on a daily basis and forward charts as appropriate.
- Implement clinical and Telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
- Analyze and interpret patients’ histories, symptoms, physical findings and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
- Deliver excellent patient care through in‑patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations with a patient‑centric focus.
- Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, guidelines and requirements, including HIPAA.
- Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment in both clinic and virtual settings.
- Order, perform or interpret diagnostic tests and responsibly prescribe medications, educating patients on continued treatment.
- Attend monthly meetings with Supervising physicians and complete E/M training.
- Adhere to the core values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care and friendliness.
- Recommend ideas to improve overall patient experience and care.
- Support new employee training through job shadowing, demonstration, coaching and facilitating introductions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management. PRN employees must work a minimum of 4 shifts per month; full‑time employees work 12‑hour shifts and every other weekend.
- New graduate nurse practitioner or physician assistant with up to 1 year of experience.
- Provider with 1‑5 years of experience.
- Provider with 5‑10 years of experience.
- Provider with 10+ years of experience.
- Experience working as a Telehealth Clinician.
- On‑call periodic responsibilities throughout the year.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) and/or Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
- Level 1:
New grad with up to 1 year. - Level 2: 1‑5 years.
- Level 3: 5‑10 years.
- Level 4: 10+ years.
- At least 1‑2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice (e.g., urgent care, occupational medical facility, ER, trauma unit, family medical practice).
- Active, good‑standing license and DEA; DEA required for all providers.
- DOT certification required for full‑time and part‑time providers within 120 days of employment.
- Providers must be able to treat all ages and meet any credentialing requirements.
