This position is responsible to meet the goals and objectives of the organization by maintaining, supporting and enhancing the organization’s talent, culture and functional excellence, while building a strong partnership with the business leaders. Responsibility to assist in the execution of HR processes, policies and programs, working closely and taking direction from the Human Resources Manager.
Essential Duties and TasksAdminister policies & procedures
Recruiting
Assist in the Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Orientation Processes following all Federal, Local and Company requirements
Organize, maintain and update employee files including HRIS systems
Assist in the Performance Management, employee relations and audit Processes
Supports the administration of Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit programs
Prepares reports as requested by leadership teams
All other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
Associate degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development preferred; or two (2) plus years related experience and/or training in a large manufacturing organization; or equivalent combination of the two.
Solid Recruiting skills and knowledge
Solid working knowledge of HR processes and related laws and regulations
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.
Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
Conducts oneself with highest standard of integrity and is a role model in fostering an environment of dignity, respect and professionalism
Exceptional time management and organization skills.
Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
Required
High School or better
Preferred
Associates or better in HR Administration
