- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
- Receiving & stocking merchandise in an organized manner
- Maintaining inventory so that there is no out of stock and over-stock products

What you'll do- Be a Team Member:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products; collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for customer service; be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas, track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage in a timely manner. - Be an Expert:
Understand processes and specifications related to quality of various types of produce merchandise; prepare products according to established standards; maintain product safety and sanitation guidelines; adhere to laws, regulations, and policies related to produce quality. - Be a Techie:
Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. - Be an Owner:
Drive area performance; utilize digital tools; stock and rotate department products; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; assist customers according to company policies. - Be a Talent Ambassador:
Model high quality service and products; exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work. - Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; use Open Door Policy in executing business processes and practices.
- Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress and information; seek improvement opportunities and adapt to change.
