Position SummaryHelp kids thrive by leading a start‑up pediatric clinic. You focus on patient care while Ivy handles marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, systems, and revenue cycle. This clinic is based in Minnesota, and you will determine the final location in partnership with the community.
Key Responsibilities- Lead patient care and treatment planning for pediatric patients.
- Oversee clinic operations, including marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, systems, and revenue cycle.
- Recruit, train, and manage clinical and support staff.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Ivy at all levels to scale clinic growth.
- Serve as a partner in strategic decisions and business development.

- Support with location, staffing, marketing, legal, compliance, IT, HR, payor contracts, accounting, revenue cycle, and patient engagement software.
- In‑house pediatric residency program access.
- Regional leadership training, guidance, and mentorship.
- In‑house business school.
- Graduate from an accredited PT, OT, or SLP program.
- Proof of current or pending state licensure in the respective profession.
- Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.
- Competence in leading a therapy clinic is desirable.
