Assist in managing student employees and daily opening tasks, including, but not limited to:

• Helping school grounds employees learn drink recipes and procedures
• Train students on ringing up drinks correctly using the POS system
• Helping on bar, register or supporting duties when School Grounds is open (refilling ice, swapping out empty syrups, refilling cups and lids, etc)
• Completing, delegating and managing opening duties, with the help of school grounds employees, such as:
• Turn on all monitors
• Prepare the wash and sanitizer sinks and buckets
• Pull espresso shots to start‑up machines
• Make/fill the Cold Brew
• Make drip coffee
• Set up all the drink stations
• Cleaning and sanitizing all dishes
• Cleaning and sanitizing countertops
• Wiping down syrups
• Perform other duties as assigned such as restocking and organizing
