This is a full‑time, permanent position, beginning Summer 2026.

Starting rate of pay: $24.55 per hour. We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $28.10.

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Lead service in the Fairmont Gold Lounge and ensure menu and food presentation is in keeping with Fairmont Gold standards.
• Develop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure Fairmont Gold loyalty.
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
• Provide exceptional information to our guests about local and area attractions.

• Previous customer‑related supervisory experience preferred.
• Food Safe Certification is required.
• Serving It Right qualification required.
