This is a full‑time, seasonal position, beginning in Summer 2026

Starting Rate of Pay: $21.85 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation ‑ hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $25.55.

• Provide Food & Beverage service in the Gold Lounge and ensure menu and food presentation is in keeping with Fairmont Gold standards
• Develop and maintain strong Guest relationships to ensure Fairmont Gold loyalty
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
• Provide exceptional information to our Guests about local and area attractions
• Follow department policies, procedures and service standards

• Previous customer related and serving experience preferred
• BC Serving It Right Qualification required
• Must possess a professional presentation
