  • What You Bring to the Table

  • At least 1 year of experience or equivalent education in Sales, Hospitality, or Administrative roles.
  • Quick learner with a flexible mindset, eager to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled at managing guest inquiries promptly and professionally across multiple communication channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong relationships with guests and team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel to support daily operations efficiently.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Slack, Fareharbor, Peoplevine, Seven Rooms, Toast, Podium, and Book4

    Time is a plus — full training provided.
  • Your Days Will Look Like

  • Master and continuously update your expertise on all Gibbons offerings—from venues and festivals to memberships, The Spa, The Adventure Group, and more.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service as the primary point of contact, building trust through responsive, reliable, and personalized interactions.
  • Greet and assist guests promptly across multiple platforms: phone, email, in-person, and digital tools like Podium, Seven Rooms, and Fareharbor.
  • Manage bookings and reservations for Gibbons venues and TAG activities, actively promoting upgrades and additional experiences.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and seamless guest journeys, using tools like Slack and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Drive revenue growth by upselling memberships, Après Passes, and special event packages to enhance the guest experience.
  • Own and maintain reporting metrics and scorecards, using Excel and Slack to track progress and identify opportunities.
  • Champion a focus area—Guest Experience, Team Experience, Membership, or Community Engagement—and lead quarterly projects to innovate and improve with clear KPIs.
  • Proactively research guest questions and follow up to exceed expectations, ensuring no inquiry goes unanswered.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and take on additional tasks as needed to foster a positive, collaborative culture.
