You must hold an active RN license and have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Sunrise is recommended. Two years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience is required, and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications are preferred. The facility offers a supportive environment with 52 private rooms and access to respiratory therapy and pharmacy services around the clock. You may float to other medical-surgical units as needed.
