Unit: IMU / Intermediate Care (Cost Center 6010) | 30 beds | Allscripts (Sunrise)

Submission Rules: 50-mile radius + must include unexpired driver’s license; disclose any licensing hits at submission

Required:

BLS, ACLS, NIHSS | must read/interp tele strips (Nihon Kohden)

Ratios: goal 1:4, typically 1:5 (can be 1:6) | CNAs 2–3 (1:10–12)

Drips: titrate Amio, Cardizem, Dopamine/Dobutamine, Labetalol, Nitro, Heparin (occasional Lasix)

Schedule/Float: 12s 7a–7p / 7p–7a (ready by 6:45); weekend rotation is heavy; float to Tele/Med Surg and pandemic unit as needed

Support:
Hospitalist/ICU intensivist/RT/IV team/Pharmacy 24/7 (IV team does all starts)

Dress Code:
Navy scrubs/jackets (no hoodies)

Common Patients: chest pain/rule-out MI, CHF, arrhythmias, post-pacer, pre/post caths (radial band mgmt), Tikosyn.

United Staffing Solutions Job . Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
