Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care in a skilled nursing facility. This role involves caring for short-term patients with a range of diagnoses, primarily focused on rehabilitation and recovery to return home.
Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform wound care.

• Manage catheter care, PEG tube feedings, ostomy care, and tracheostomy care.

• Handle IVs, including PICC lines and mediports.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including PT, OT, and SLP, as well as case managers and dieticians.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess a valid RN or LPN license.

• Current CPR certification required prior to the first day of work.

• Experience with IVs and managing patients receiving IV antibiotics is necessary.
