Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to skilled patients in a post-acute facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration of medications, wound care, and specialized treatments such as IV antibiotics and tube feedings. This role involves working with a variety of patient conditions, including sepsis, fractures, heart conditions, and chronic kidney failure.
Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform wound care.

• Manage foley catheter care and PEG tube feedings.

• Provide care for IVs, PICC lines, and mediports.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physical and occupational therapists.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and unexpired CPR certification required.

• Experience with IV administration and patient care in a skilled nursing setting preferred.
