Position: RN-Stepdown (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-Stepdown for a 13-week contract in Wheeling, West Virginia — earn up to ($2159 - $2273 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

• Provide high-quality patient care in a stepdown unit.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.
• Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care.
• Educate patients and families on health management.

• Current RN license in West Virginia or compact state.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
• Experience in stepdown or critical care nursing preferred.
• Familiarity with safety and infection control protocols.
• Strong communication skills for patient and team interactions.
• Ability to analyze patient data and track outcomes effectively.
• Skills in developing and documenting patient care plans.
• Ability to manage time effectively to meet patient care goals.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and feedback.
