Physical requirements include the ability to sit for long periods of time while performing desk work, ability to lift light (0-25 lbs) material on occasion and eye/hand coordination.## Qualifications
** Qualifications**:
Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft/Apple certifications.
Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic network administration. Prior technical support or help desk experience in an enterprise or multi-site environment preferred.
