• Provide leadership, oversight, and direction for all rehabilitation services (PT, OT, and SLP)
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations related to therapy services
• Develop and implement therapy programs that promote resident independence, functional improvement, and quality of life
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, productivity, and performance management of the therapy team
• Collaborate closely with nursing leadership, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care
• Monitor clinical outcomes, documentation accuracy, and quality metrics
• Support staff development through mentorship, training, and performance evaluations
• Participate in care plan meetings and family communication as needed
• Maintain a strong focus on resident-centered care and clinical excellence

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of West Virginia
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Medicare guidelines, therapy regulations, and documentation standards
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a multidisciplinary team
• Organized, accountable, and committed to high-quality resident care
