Job Overview

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time or part-time Mutuel Supervisor to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. As a Mutuel Supervisor, you will assist the Mutuel Manager in daily operations and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. This role offers teamwork, excitement, and career growth.

$15.00 - $15.00 / hour

• Assist the Mutuel Manager with hiring and scheduling of mutuel associates.
• Train mutuel associates and conduct appraisals encouraging growth and development.
• Comply with organizational and state gaming regulations.
• Produce operational reports tracking live racing.
• Compile import and export settlement balances; reconcile and monitor simulcast track selection.
• All other duties assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate state gaming license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel.
• Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to work in an indoor, smoky, loud, and dark working environment.
