The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring for a full-time or part-time Mutuel Supervisor to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. As a Mutuel Supervisor, you will assist the Mutuel Manager in the daily operations of the department and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. What will you do?
  • Assist the Mutuel Manager with hiring and scheduling of mutuel associates.
  • Train mutuel associates and conduct appraisals encouraging growth and development of mutuel associates.
  • Comply with organizational and state gaming regulations.
  • Produce operational reports which track living racing.
  • Compile import and export settlement balances; reconcile and monitor simulcast track selection.
  • All other duties assigned.
More about you
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate state gaming license.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to work in an indoor, smoke, loud, and dark working environment.
